nod is a monthly subscription operated by Untitled. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record.
Refunds
- Unused billing period: if you haven't generated any video in a billing period, you can request a full refund of that period's charge within 7 days of being charged.
- After a video is generated: once a video has been generated in a billing period, that period's charge isn't refundable, because the work and the AI processing costs have already been incurred.
- Service problems: if a technical fault on our side stopped you from generating your videos, contact us and we'll make it right with a refund or extra videos.
- Unlimited plan: third-party API charges on your own keys are billed by those providers and can't be refunded by us.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Unused videos don't carry over.
How to request a refund
Email hello@jusnod.com from the address on your account with the date of the charge. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
