These terms govern your use of nod, the service at jusnod.com that turns a product page into a launch video ("nod" or "the service"). nod is operated by Untitled ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using nod, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
nod reads a product page you provide, proposes style frames, writes a storyline and script you can change, and generates a video with motion graphics, designed interface scenes, music and, if you choose, an AI voiceover. Videos are generated with the help of third-party AI models and voice providers.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Plans and payment
- nod is sold as monthly subscriptions: Launch Plan at $49 a month for 1 video, $99 a month for 3 videos or $249 a month for 10 videos, and Unlimited at $999 a month. Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes.
- Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the merchant of record and handles your payment details, billing and applicable sales taxes. We never see or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
- Unused video allowances don't roll over to the next month.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
4. Unlimited plan and your own API keys
The Unlimited plan requires you to connect your own API keys for the underlying AI services. You're responsible for those providers' charges and for complying with their terms. Unlimited is subject to fair use: we may limit or suspend usage that is abusive, automated at scale, or that degrades the service for others.
5. Your content
- You keep all rights to the URLs, text, images, logos and other material you provide ("Your Content").
- You confirm you have the rights to use Your Content, including any brand assets on the page you submit, and that using it with nod doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
- You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content only to provide and improve the service for you.
6. Videos you create
Subject to these terms and to paying for your plan, you own the videos you export from nod and can use them for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. AI-generated output can contain mistakes or resemble other content; review every video before you publish it. Stock music and voices are provided under licences that allow use in your videos, but not for resale as standalone audio.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use nod to create content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes intellectual property or impersonates someone; to misrepresent a product you don't have rights to promote; to attack, scrape, reverse engineer or overload the service; or to resell access without our written permission. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep nod available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update this page and the date above, and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.
10. Termination
You can stop using nod and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
