This policy explains how Untitled ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use nod at jusnod.com.
What we collect
- Account and sign-up details: your email address, the product link you enter, the type of video you choose, and which page you signed up on.
- Content you provide: the product pages you submit, prompts, script edits and the videos you generate.
- Payment information: handled by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. We receive confirmation of payment and your plan, not your full card details.
- Usage analytics: pages viewed, the referring site or search engine, campaign tags, country and device type. We don't use cookies for analytics. To count unique visitors we use a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that changes every day, and we don't store your IP address itself.
How we use it
- To provide the service: reading your product page, writing scripts and generating videos.
- To contact you about your account, your videos and important changes.
- To understand which pages and channels bring people to nod, so we can improve the site.
- To prevent abuse and keep the service secure.
We don't sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Amazon Web Services hosts the website and stores sign-up and analytics data.
- Dodo Payments processes payments as merchant of record.
- AI model and voice providers process your product page content, prompts and scripts to generate videos.
- Authorities, when required by law.
Browser storage
The site stores the page you first landed on and how you arrived in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, so a sign-up can be credited to the right source. It doesn't set tracking cookies.
Retention
Analytics events are deleted automatically after about 13 months. Account and sign-up data is kept while your account is active and deleted on request, except where we must keep records for legal or tax reasons.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@jusnod.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act or the GDPR may give you further rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Children
nod isn't intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We'll update this page and the date above when this policy changes.
